Good news! Some days before I have read about interesting project Global Voices. I think it was really good idea, but there wasn't any article about Russia at this time.
And now it start working! Veronica Khokhlova, author of Neeka's Backlog, write Introduction to Russian Blogosphere. This lovely article contains links on almost all English-language blogs about Russia. A lot of interesting!
